This is a video depicting me doing a version of the classic CrossFit workout known as 'Fight Gone Bad', which was created for B.J. Penn.
There are 5, 5 minute rounds. During each round, one rotates between five different movements, spending 60 seconds doing each movement. There are no breaks between movements, and one should try to do as many reps as possible.
One can chose any set of movements for this workout, I chose;
plyo bench hops
heavy bag combos
wall walks
agility ladder footwork
burpee jump overs
