This product is a free and downloadable video which depicts me doing one of my favorite workouts. It involves three movements; Shoulder to Over Head (S2OH) Dumbbell Presses, Chest to Bar Pullups (C2B) of which were 'kipping pullups'  in this case, as well as some Double Under jump roping.., Enjoy!
